Absolutely amazing staff members! Got me sorted out with my first ever motorbike and awesome kit!! Unfortunately I crashed the day after getting it and had to give it back for repair, the staff were incredibly supportive and kind through the whole thing
Dreadful 1st impressions. Came all the way from Greenock on our visit today, we waited till the salesman finished his conversation with another person. After she had left, he asked if I needed any help. But not even half way into the dicussion he stopped, turned and began talking in length with another customer and completely ignored me. I was stunned and just walked away. Unfortunately, that was the 1st and last time I'll set foot in the place again.

Having bought my last 3 bikes, every helmet I've ever owned (plus for the Mrs), spent well over 1k on gloves and other stuff from the shop over the years, having had every MOT and service done by this garage when there are other cheaper options, I've been a loyal customer wanting to support a local business. Ordered my new Honda Grom Online via Honda website & requested it be sent to North Harbour Motorcycles (150-miles away) as opposed to my local Honda dealer. Archie called/emailed throughout the process of getting the bike delivered to the shop, having the additional kit fitted, PDI, road tax & registration then informed me when it was all ready to go.
