Ordered my new Honda Grom Online via Honda website & requested it be sent to North Harbour Motorcycles (150-miles away) as opposed to my local Honda dealer. Archie called/emailed throughout the process of getting the bike delivered to the shop, having the additional kit fitted, PDI, road tax & registration then informed me when it was all ready to go. Enquired about a bike they had for sale via email. Fast response from them. Also followed up my question as promised on the Tuesday morning. Decided to take a 3 hour run up to view the bike in question, it was as described, and well presented. Agreed a trade in value for my bike without being seen. Picked it up on Saturday lunchtime without issue and never been off it since. Thanks to Dan and Archie for the professional no hassle sale. Can recommend this place for all your biking needs.

Phoned once for an MOT and a second time for repairs and both times gave my phone number and was never phoned back, might be an alright dealer but didn’t show any simple respect for an inquiring customer.
