This is the first time I have been to the mall and I found it to be very clean and everyone was very polite and nice. I will be coming back after we move here at the end of January.
So disappointed in the policies of the North Hanover Mall. My daughter and granddaughter went to sit on Santas lap tonight to only be told that because she wasn't paying $29.99 to buy the only photo package they offered, my granddaughter can only stand in front of him and talk. Nothing like crushing a 3 year old. Great job North Hanover Mall!

Again, this is not our policy. We have spoken to the company we hire to run our set and this is not what was to have happened. Our policy is that every child is to have ample time with Santa whether they are getting pictures or not.
I've heard that kids can only sit on Santas lap if they buy one of your overpriced picture packages. I have no kids, but this angers me to no end. I would think that you would want to do anything possible to bring customers into your clapped out poor excuse for a mall, but I guess not.

Mr. Jay, we recently saw Ms. Amersbach's complaint and are attempting to address it. As we explained to her this is NOT our policy and any set employee who is found to have violated it will be removed immediately. We want each and every child to have ample time to visit Santa no matter if they're purchasing pictures or not.
I took my kids to see Santa tonight and I am sickened at the actions of Santa and his helper and their policies. Not allowing a child to sit on santas lap bc mom or dad isn't buying a picture? Could you be any more greedy?! These are children they don't understand the money behind it all they see is Santa won't let them sit on his lap. Are you guys trying to drive away business? We will not be returning to see Santa here anymore. I won't expose my children to such selfishness.
An amazing turn around is in the works. A friendly management team is working very hard and i see a great future here.
The mall is nice but they need more restaurants! Pretzels and pizza ! Not the greatest choices! 2 nail salons 2 hair salons ! 2 vitamin centers! We need more variety!
