Staff really need better training in how to be compassionate and stick to their job descriptions.
Good luck getting a apointment if you need to talk to a nurse or family doc about a issue.
I used to like this community health center until a recent bad experience. My primary physician went on leave without any notice and since then I've had 2 different people attend to my care. The first one changed the rate at which one of my medications is released and the second one said they would change it back and then did not... and then went on vacation apparently and now I'm going to miss my own vacation because apparently it's too hard to get my prescription as it's been prescribed to me for years.
