North Hall tire and wheel was a third cheaper than anywhere else I went they got me in and out in about an hour for four brand new tires their prices cannot be beat their service is some of the best in this country and I will suggest if you need tires and go anywhere else you are making a grave mistake
ZERO!!! Horrible experience almost every time. I tried giving them the benefit of doubt but they always disappointed. First time I went because I had a horrible noise and my car wasn’t acting right. They said nothing was wrong. I drove all the way to Gwinnett to a friend. He found that my car was completely dry with no oil.

Took a 2015 Audi to them for brakes and an oil change. Came home and discovered a significant oil leak that wasn’t there prior to their service. Returned the car to them the next business day and they claimed that it was a bad oil plug that they replaced. Brought the car home to find that oil was still leaking. At this point I have lost confidence in their ability to fix the problem.

Sir, we’d like to look at it with you. It is most likely residual from the original leak. With so many cracks and crevices it’s hard to clean it all. And when you drive, it blows. Give us a chance to double check everything with you standing by our side.
These are the nicest people ever and always have the best customer service. They have fixed things for my family at no charge many times and always go above and beyond for customers. I can’t say enough nice things about them. Highly recommend!
