I was suppose to receive a call back the next day about a part price inquiry. Dude never called. I had to be the one to reach out. Over the phone, he said he was waiting on verification of warranty for the part, so perhaps I would only pay for labor and fees. I asked about how long it would take to know, dude said by end of today he would have an answer.... and if my part was not covered by warranty, I was looking at about $700. FOR A HEAT STRIP REPLACEMENT!! Did I get a call back by the end of the day? Or even the next day?... read more

I really appreciate this business. I have called on them in the past and gotten excellent results. Today was no different. I woke up to find that my heating unit was not working. Joe and his team came right out and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this company because of their dependability.

North Hall HVAC and Joe are my heros. My husband was in the hospital recovering from brain surgery and I can home and my heat was not working. I called North Hall heating and Joe came right away and fixed my unit! I was so greatful and relieved because I was bring my husband home from hosp next day.

Great experience with North Hall heating and air. My unit was acting up a few weeks ago and they came out and got it working like new again. Something still acted up afterwards (which wasn’t their fault/no way to know that would happen) and they came out again that day and worked it out. Low prices and they treat their customers well. Would definitely use them again and would recommend!
