Air conditioner died on 4th. of July in the home of an 85 year old relative. House was extremely warm at 84 degrees. Called several local companies to hear they do not make service calls on Holidays. I then called North Hall Heating & Air. They readily agreed to dispatch their technician to make repairs. Cecil (tech) arrived in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem, resolved the problem quickly and restored air in the home. This was the first time to call N.H. Like business used to be. Placed a call and Cecil was here in 20 minutes. Very professional, friendly and to the point. Discussed what needed to be done and what could wait based on the age of the unit. Pricing was transparent and I didn’t feel overcharged in any way. Our community is blessed to have a resource with a business model that wants to meet the customer’s needs and not about making as much profit as they can.
