Run from this place, research 'yes communities ' predatory business practices before you believe one word anyone tells you associated with this place. 1. It's been under supposed construction since I moved in 2023 yet nothing is done only more trailers set up 2.Day one I had tree roaches, brand new trailer did they do anything ? 2 years later after many many complaints they had maintenance come in to see if I was a dirty tenate and still blamed me until their exterminator told them it was tree roachs from dying trees. 3.
