Charged my card, signed the lease and they never gave me access. Tried calling them for 3 days to get access and ended showing up to a locked gate with a full Uhaul and movers with no way to get in. Had to scramble to find another storage at the last second. It has been another 3 days and not a single returned phone call after 5 messages. This place should not be in business.
Facility is very clean and secure, the owners are very helpful and friendly.
The property is gated and very clean. Easy access to the units and the price is very reasonable. Linzie is great to work with and is always quick to respond to my questions.
