This place knowingly provided my daughter Suboxone when she was not supposed to have it. It has further caused multiple issues. From the information I have been told this is also provided to multiple patients in order to sedate them. The medical board is aware an a complete investigation will be done. I would Never recommend bringing anyone here. I have now been told by another facility that this place has turned my daughter into a full blown addict.
