The people and the service was fine, but they sent a sketchy text message as my bill. So I ignored it. They never sent an actual real bill of service. Then they sent it to collections. NGR needs to learn what a bill of service is. It is not a text message.
They send texts as billing....seriously? Billing department was horrible.
Would not recommend to anyone - extremely poor customer service and billing department is incompetent.
