Best LP gas company in Cleveland, GA! They did have a problem with an unfriendly lady in the recent past as their CSR, but they have replaced her with Donna, the one that we love to chat with..she is more than friendly and efficient! As soon as this company was bought out, their customer service bottomed out. We changed companies over two years ago because of that; however, we have continued to get a bill for tank rental, even though we haven't had their tank for two years. We have called about five times to have the charges stopped, and they tell us it has been corrected, but it has not. They are also charging us interest and late fees. Horrible customer service. Lady on the phone continued to engage in confrontational behavior and was unwilling to hear our side of the story. Company as a whole is pretty good, but based on this on in particular experience, my loyalty is now tarnished. I will be taking my money elsewhere.
