Gary, the guy that delivers our gas is awesome. Great company to get your gas from. They are easy to deal with and always on time.
What I appreciate most is the convenience. I can go online, place my order, and it gets delivered without requiring much time or effort from me. On the rare occasion I need to speak with someone, reaching a real human is quick and easy — no endless menus or long recordings. In a time when true customer service feels like a thing of the past, Gas Incorporated is a refreshing exception.
