I never have to call for service
This office has the WORST Customer Service!! Actually the entire Superior Plus Propane does. (North Georgia Propane was purchased by Superior Plus Propane - North Georgia Propane was good). We were with the company since 1991and leased our tank on the budget billing/keep full program. I should tell you that we have had the same tank since 1991 and they have NEVER done any preventive maintenance, repairs, up grades, or even paint since that day. Gary, the guy that delivers our gas is awesome. Great company to get your gas from. They are easy to deal with and always on time.
What I appreciate most is the convenience. I can go online, place my order, and it gets delivered without requiring much time or effort from me. On the rare occasion I need to speak with someone, reaching a real human is quick and easy — no endless menus or long recordings. In a time when true customer service feels like a thing of the past, Gas Incorporated is a refreshing exception.
