I would like to start by saying that the employees I spoke with that came out to service our pool were awesome. They were professional all the way around. The Manger/Owners on the other hand are absolutely terrible. It's a money grab for them. Full stop. I called for a pool service and told them it was an above ground pool everything seemed to be good.
