Greg and his team did an excellent job clearing the land and constructing our 20x40 gunite pool, concrete walkway, and stone stairway (someone else did the landscaping). Greg is pleasant to deal with and has a “can do” attitude. There were some definite issues with the concrete work, but Greg made sure it was eventually taken care of. If I could leave 0 stars and still leave a review, I would! Do not waste your time and money with these people. My grandma paid for a new pool liner and new salt water system last summer (that they made her pay up front for)and has had nothing but problems with it since and no one will help! The liner started falling down soon after it was replaced and it took forever for them to come back and charge her to fix it! They didn't show anyone how to use the new salt system and when we called to ask, took forever to even get a ca... read more
We recently purchased a home in White county and needed advice on landscaping. Moving from Florida to Georgia, we had no idea how to deal with the clay. Greg saved us over $5,000 on our new driveway which was completed the following day. He gave us ideas that will help us achieve the beautiful yard we want. Two techs came out to drain and clean our hot tub. They were professional, experienced, and efficient. They worked together like a well oiled machine. No wasted movement. They had called earlier in the day to confirm our location and then again just before they arrived. I will always be using North Georgia Pond Docs in the future.
I'll start off by saying they aren't the best pool and pond company out there. They are the best BUSINESS I've ever delt with. Not only with my pool, but the whole thing entirely! They are amazing! When I need anything done, it gets done quick, efficiently, and done perfectly. Not only are the guys that come do the work great, but the ladies in the offices are outstanding.
