After calling around to have a liner replaced and some sand added no company wanted to do the job. I was referred to North Ga Pond Doc. I contacted them and was told they would do the job. They priced me for repair and was out in 2 weeks. Guys did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get an above ground pool repaired.
They are so helpful. Just great customer service!
I recommend the store and for closing down the swimming pool. I don’t recommend for cleaning the pool. A couple of years ago the guy that came and cleaned our pool did an amazing job. It was very clean. Last year and this April the pool and basket was left dirty and full of leaves. Not clean at all!
Greg and his team did an excellent job clearing the land and constructing our 20x40 gunite pool, concrete walkway, and stone stairway (someone else did the landscaping). Greg is pleasant to deal with and has a “can do” attitude. There were some definite issues with the concrete work, but Greg made sure it was eventually taken care of. With this, my advice is to make certain all your color selections are put in writing. If I could leave 0 stars and still leave a review, I would! Do not waste your time and money with these people. My grandma paid for a new pool liner and new salt water system last summer (that they made her pay up front for)and has had nothing but problems with it since and no one will help! The liner started falling down soon after it was replaced and it took forever for them to come back and charge her to fix it!
