I’ve been going to this practice for many years and I had my first baby there. With my second pregnancy this go around, I’ve had a pretty terrible experience. I have had two issues now and I’ve called the on-call nurse and I do not get a call back. I don’t know how many times I have to call to get someone to care. What is the point of an on-call nurse if they don’t call you back? Ridiculous. I will be finding a new practice.
Doctor Hannah Potter delivered my child on 4/23/26 not one word was said to us the entire time in delivery not hello, no instruction on push or not push, then overly aggressive ripping him out by his head and causing a broken collarbone! I wouldn’t let her check my temperature after this. Not to mention the amount of rudeness at this location! She should be investigated
I called the on call line at 11 pm with a bp of 88/57 at 18 weeks. Never got a call back. When i finally spoke with a "medical assistant" at 4:15 the next day she was extremely rude and condescending. I was audibly upset and almost crying and she told me i was "not going to scream at her." Girl, you need to get some bigger panties because if i was screaming at you then you would know. If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away and don't come to this office. So far I have missed 3 days of work unpaid for this joke of a doctors office have only seen the doctor once and have minimal to show for it. I made a new patient appointment in early Dec to be seen at the end of January ro get my Nexplanonout and an IUD put in. They call me and tell me they need to move it to March 23. This practice has going thru struggles and changes now for over 2 years and it affects a lot of patients. My review is based on an almost 6 year relationship. Dr Liguori began as a good listening Dr. who I thought cared about my hormone management. There have been now several mishaps that cause me to write this review. If you need hormone treatment go somewhere else. In 2023 I arrived for an appt to recheck my hormone numbers and was told she was no longer seeing patients with hormone needs.
