I’ve been see by NGAOB/GYN for years. I’ve been bounced from one provider to another and that’s been okay till this last provider. Dr. Benoit-Pinette. Nice Dr. great visit, BUT…horrible follow through. Saw Dr. Benoit-Pinette 3 weeks ago, she said she’d process my HRT compounded meds and get the script sent off to the pharmacy. At this time, I cannot recommend this practice, which is especially unfortunate given that I entrusted them with my care for nearly a decade. WAY too hard to get appointments with for no reason. Called them about a problem with my IUD and they wanted me to wait over a month to be seen. I’ve waited 2 1/2 months for my appointment that will be in DEMBER and they just called me needed to reschedule and the first appointment isn’t until the end of JANUARY??? This place is absolutely ridiculous. Moving to a different practice.
My last pregnancy I went to the Canton location and it was amazing. I live closer to Towne Lake now so went there this time around. I have an extensive history of RPL, including an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured and I almost lost my life. This time when I found out I was pregnant, I asked for an early placement scan. Misty flat out refused. The phlebotomist here is nice but her skills are subpar and she digs and fishes for your vein. Then, when I asked to switch to Canton, they told me nothing was available.
