I don’t know if the woman who answered the phone works here or if she is in another location, but she was so rude when I called a few months ago. I just had to leave a review now. I called and said that I have arthritis pain every month during my period, and she’s like “we don’t deal with arthritis here. “ NO sht Sherlock ! The front desk is ok. But the Doctor was Awesome. He made me feel like I was some one special. He talked to me like a old friend. He talked me through all things. He never made me feel like I was a cattle being heared through. The lady that drew my blood was just so sweet and courteous and kind to me. Dr. Dorzin is amazing. After years of not having answers and being told I need to lose weight, Dr. Dorzin is the complete opposite. She truly cares about her patients. She asked me some very hard questions today, but they were questions that are helpful (none of my other doctors ever asked.) She is awesome. I am so grateful for her. 💕
Definite attitude from receptionist on the phone who was extremely condescending - potentially this receptionist is based out of another location but who knows. I haven’t seen the Dr yet, but I already feel insecure about trusting these people with my pregnancy. Usually the attitude of the receptionists reflect the environment of upper management and drs…
The people who work the phones are so hateful and nasty to people who are trying to call and schedule appointments. They need to remember that they are there to provide a service and they are suppose to be there for the patients. We will not be requiring service from them because we have gone elsewhere.
