The front office staff, Makayla & Trish, worked with me on several occasions to reschedule my appointment due to work schedule changes. They were highly professional and helpful. Dr. McCarthy seemed well prepared for the visit and was very knowledgeable on my past and present issues. Edith was helpful getting me ready for the visit. All the nurses were experiened and showed Everyone was caring and compassionate. I hear wonderful things on the whole staff. Sheri Ray is the sweetest provider I have ever met! SO thorough and really cares. Raquell and Trish up front are always so nice and helpful! Love everyone in this office!
The staff here is extremely pleasant and has never called me ugly. Exact opposite of silent treatment. So friendly I felt compelled to give her my Instagram.
The office worked me in as a new patient same day. Dr McCarthy was amazing he really listened and got right to work trying to figure out what was going on with me.
I went here today because my doctor retired and it was closer. I saw Sherri. And she was so nice and the office people was nice too. I will come back
