I’ve seen Christy for years and I am so thankful that she’s made the move to Blue Ridge. I had my visit today with Christy Collins. I was very impressed with her. She’s very compassionate and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend her to anyone.
I have never felt so disregarded and dehumanized in a medical setting… For seven years, we’ve been on a trying-to-conceive journey and at the beginning of this year started seeking medical intervention… During medicated cycles, specific days are critical for lab work. On this particular day, the cut-off was 11:00 AM—unlike other days which go until 4 PM. I, however, did arrive EXACTLY at 11:00 AM, and was told to sit and wait by the receptionist. First time visiting here. Saw Megan she was fantastic. All the ladies were very nice and polite. Highly recommend.
They schedule appointments while they are closed for lunch then don't answer their phones to explain why they are closed for your appointment time. There ended up being four people that showed up before they "opened" back up after lunch with appointments. No signs saying they are out for lunch. No ability to get in touch with them. They scheduled me for one appointment time, sent me an email with a different one, and further told me that it was actually at another different time from the other two when I got there.
