DO NOT USE!!! They had a leak in the roof and a bunch of our stuff, including original albums, was completely ruined! You play tag trying to get ahold of either of them!
IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD! Idk know anything about the storage side but I know first hand that the Uhaul side is garbage. Very unprofessional, Act completely lost about what's going on. Lied 2-3 different times about what time to meet to pick up a truck then just completely ghosted me and left me hanging and wasted a full day of mine and a few other guys that was going to help me move.. They didn't register a code for my husband (Mike) and wouldn't answer the phone on a Sunday.
They are fair and the storage unit is nice. Never had a rodent issue or anything and I've been storing for Over a year now.
