I was promised 3 times that warranty work on my house would be done. I cleared my schedule for today, awaiting a promised visit from Mr. Bagwell. As of 5 today, ....NO SHOW. What's up with this?
They actually listen to me and actually did a visual of the potential problem area of the heat pump instead of just diagnosing the problem based on just the amp meter. I'm very satisfied with their professionalism and the way they do business.
