Front desk staff were very pleasant, professional and caring! Both check in and check out went very well. The nurse (didnt get her name) took good care of me and treated me like i was the only one there and didnt make it feel rushed at all. She just did her job and did it right! Athena was awesome! She actually cared and checked on stuff to try to diagnose what i was there for. I cant even say enough good things about her! It was only my first visit, but I wish I would have found this office sooner!
My previous doctor retired so I came to NGFM. My first visit was with Athena. She is AMAZING!! You don’t feel rushed and the wait time is minimal on most visits. She found a blockage in my carotid that was overlooked or missed by my previous dr and cardiologist. Thankfully I am now on track to fix this issue before it’s detrimental. I see some negative reviews on thr front desk staff. We are new patience of NGFM and have been there 4 time. Front dest staff is always pleasant and courteous and make us feel welcome.
Athena is beyond amazing and Dr. Lawrence made time to meet! Answered all my questions and I was done! Will definitely stay with them
The front desk receptionist does not pick up. Nurse for NP Amanda does not return an answer left for NP concerning health issues. Often have to drop off note at front desk reminding someone to return your call.
