The quality of the work really stands out—it’s solid, looks great, and built right. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

There were too many layers of middle management and not enough connection to the actual work being done. There were multiple points where details and important parts of the project seemed to get lost in the shuffle or dismissed as “not part of the original quote.” The people managing the job were not the ones actually building it, and they were not carpenters, which made their inspections feel ineffective.
