I've been ON HOLD today, calling the main "customer service" line FROM 2 DIFFERENT PHONES... and 1 phone has been on hold for 45 mins and the other for 29 mins with nothing but looping recordings. "your call will be answered in the order it was received". Right. This is HORRIBLE. I just want to know if NGEMC serves a particular area. NO HUMAN. I'm giving up now. HORRIBLE.
