Wouldn't kill them to be decent to their customers
Awful customer service! Awful management they cant really appreciate the struggles of the working class they are judgmental and i have seen management gossiping too many times. I try to avoid going into this business and just do all my bills online to avoid these managers who represent ngemc and I know I'm not the only one!
Not easy to work with, not customer oriented. Better off using someone else if you ever get the option.
