No respect for your landscape!! While replacing a power pole dropped power lines that ran from the existing pole to the new one on top of plants breaking them. Had p l e n t y of open field to drop the lines carefully. If you spend money on landscaping a nice yard you'll understand the frustration!
Not very dependable when there was a outage. Been without power for over 7 hours and no one can tell me when it will be restored. They just keep telling me they have my address listed with the outage.
Ricki Lynn was the greatest customer service rep ! Answered my questions politely and got my problem fixed quickly. Thanks for your help !!
