Dr Rajani Gundluru is amazing. She is always available and quick to respond. Handled our situation very well. She and the staff was always helpful in accommodating schedule changes or responding during off hours. Only thing is the billing system is horrible. None of the bills were sent to me but all of a sudden I get a call from debt collector. It’s the worst experience. No way to check the billing details.
I have been with this group for years and I mean years!! Never once did I have any issue with any staff, medicine refills, appointments or scheduling. I travel hour or so to go see my team. I suppose the negative Nancy’s just have to be ugly to something.
This place is unbelievably unprofessional!!!! They NEVER sent me a single bill — not by email, not by mail, not by text — absolutely nothing. And then out of nowhere they dump my name with a debt collector!!! What makes it worse is that after this happened, I checked their reviews — and clearly I’m not the only one. Other people are complaining about the exact same issue. So this isn’t a mistake, it’s a pattern of INCOMPETENCE.
The people that work here are always awesome and professional.
