I have been with NGCU for 10+ years and I love the girls at my branch! We have had a couple of hiccups over the years but they always straighten it out and make it right. And if the fault is our own, they have been very helpful in getting us back on track. I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else!
the system glitches w the debit cards last nite messed our checking up it would deny at store3x and a pizza place 2x but it actually went thru I keep my check register up to date and chk every other day when I looked at that acct it went from over 100bucks to 6... the ladies at the drive thru this am where awesome and fixed our acct back to what it should have been!
