At first when I was sent to Colon and Rectal Clinic I was very scared anxiety all over the place didn’t know what to expect but during my visit everyone was so nice they made my visit easy by making me comfortable and explaining my procedure to me Dr V and his staff is awesome even when I had my surgery he took very good care of me during my procedure I would recommend him they answered all my questions and concerns I’m glad he was recommended to me to handle a procedure that was not expected to me❤️
I like their doctors and services, but I hate their online registration and confirmation system. It is so intrusive and too many questions you really cannot answer promptly. How in the world that sort of nasty programming can be allowed?
Didn’t have a great experience at this office. Went in for a check up and follow. They ended up billing my insurance for an office visit and surgery for both visits. When I asked about this they blamed the insurance company and advised that there was nothing they can do. Even though I didn’t get any type of surgery and just simple check up and was prescribed a cream. I ended up having to be accountable for paying for two surgeries that never took place.
