Lance arrived at the time discussed. He was professional and courteous. He finished the install within the time frame given. I will recommend him and your company to any of my friends needing windshield repair or replacement.
Excellent windshield, perfect installation (Thanks Lance!) at a competitive price. My only complaint is the scheduling process required blocking out an entire day. On the scheduled day, the Technician will call to confirm a specific window. I know it is difficult to schedule on site repairs, but I would have preferred a more specific “block out” time frame such as 8am to 12noon.
