The staff here truly care about their residents. My mother has been treated with kindness, patience, and respect since day one. The facility is clean, well-run, and communication is always excellent. I’m grateful to know she’s in good hands.
The executive director, Philip is non responsive and clueless. This place does not care for the residents or most often does not answer phoned. Philip does not respond to emails, texts or voice mail messages. He is evasive and does not answer any question directly. Rooms are filthy including bathrooms. Health department will be notified
