Front desk staff were wonderful, kind, and friendly. The immunologist Dr. Shvarts is amazing, understanding, kind, and very knowledgeable. I was really pleased that she sat with me for so long, talked with me, made me feel heard, and not just another patient. We came up with a game plan for my chronic urticaria, and she really put my mind at ease. I will definitely be recommending her.
Very unhappy with her beside manner and rush to get through the appointment. She had zero interest in my health issues! Also have never had a physician more concerned with my copay than my health. She reminded me before I left that I had a copay, which I didn’t had someone called my insurance for the correct information, and the receptionist had to call the doctor to tell her that “she said she doesn’t have a copay” before she could let me leave. Absolutely the worst visit with a physician I have ever had!
This is one of the best allergy doctor that I have found. The staff is very courteous and kind. I appreciate this doctor and the staff.
Thankful to have a good allergist who was able to help us quickly determine the cause of my daughter's asthma via testing. Would recommend her and the office to my family and friends.
Terrible experience. Doctor's bedside manner leaves MUCH to be desired. Will never return here.
