My elderly parents have been patients of Dr Mia West since the opening of the clinic and have never received less than amazing care in that time.
Paid $140 for a list of medication for travel, when the list came through with INCORRECT medications and without any form of signature, was told I may have to pay another $140 to get it fixed because 'the doctor is busy'. Doctors are all really great but this is not the first time I've had issues with management/reception doing dodgy things to try and get more money.
