I called the company out 7/31/12. They promptly sent Adam out. We determined we needed to replace our outdoor condenser unit. He went and got one and installed it that night. At this point I was pleased with the service and price. But then, 8/19 our air quit working. I called the business number and spoke with either Tim or Sandy every day but Thursday of that week.
