A wonderful company to work with. I had a difficult insurance company dealing with roof damage from hail and fallen tree.North Ga. Staff expertise and persistence produce great results for me. The reroof was seamless, their workers were professional, considerate and careful of my personal property and clean up was superb.
As with most people, I’m sure a roof replacement isn’t exactly at the top of their to-do list, but more of a necessary evil and sounds stressful. North GA Gutters and Roofing made the entire process feel seamless and answered any and all of my questions along the way. Highly professional and they have a personable staff. Come installation day, I coordinated with Chauntel, who was amazing to work with. For any and all roofing-gutter needs, I would highly recommend them.
North GA Gutters and Roofing did an average job overall. The drone inspection was fine, but after that, the experience went downhill. There was no follow-up and poor communication.

This company is so unprofessional it’s not even funny. Let’s start with the salesperson , Dawson . He comes across as a nice personable guy, pretending that he’s going to be your advocate with the insurance company but once he gets the sale, you will not see him again nor will he respond to any calls or texts .
