Dr. Drexinger is very helpful and seems to really want to solve the problem that I'm having. He took time to call me and listen to the issues involved. I hope this continues.
Experience is always great at the location. The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer your questions thoroughly. I and completely happy with the service and professionalism and would not trade this for any other neurologist..absolutely recommend this doctor!
I went today for a follow-up appointment and was shown to a room and after about an hour I said hello. What's the status? And they couldn't really tell me except maybe 10 to 15 minutes but that passed and still nothing. So after waiting an hour and 20 minutes we decided to leave . No one ever came in the room to tell us what was going on. I never saw a nurse. I never saw anyone but sat in a room . Highly recommend Dr. Drexinger and his staff. They are great. He takes the time to listen to patients and discuss concerns. Everyone on the staff is friendly and professional .
