Great staff!
I was under treatment of Dr Drexinger, since I was diagnosed with a chronic neurological issue. This was during 7 years from 2015 to 2022, when I had to relocate to Chicago, IL. I always found Dr Drexinger to be welcoming, a patient listener, thorough, and understanding of my needs. He would take the time to make sure I was comfortable with the treatment recommendation. I have been seeing Dr. Drexinger for years and he has always been very thorough and understanding of my families needs and takes the time to make sure we are on the path to health. His staff is always super friendly and helpful as well.
I scheduled an initial visit with this office October 23, 2024. Fully aware of doctors have a no show policy. I phoned the day of the appointment not 24 hours so clearly I violated their policy. I received a bill for 75.00 for a missed appointment fee. I phoned the office asking if she could get permission to waive the fee as a one time courtesy, that I indeed was sick when I woke that morning and did phone prior to the appointment to cancel.
