Brought my daughter here as she had been complaining on a consistent headache that lasted for 5 weeks. She ended up hospitalized so she missed the appointment. I had to show proof to avoid the $50 cancelation fee. I showed a doctors note but they also wanted to see detailed paperwork which included her days of stay- feel like the doc note should have been enough. Then she had a follow up. Incredible communication, it’s incomparable to any medical practice I’ve experienced. The staff is friendly and helpful. Haley is awesome and always attentive to her patients needs.
If I could give Dr. Drexinger ten stars, I would! Dr. Bernard Drexinger Jr., M.D., at North Fulton Neurology is the most down-to-earth, kind, and compassionate doctor I’ve ever met. He listens, explains things clearly, and treats you like a person — not just a patient. He’s professional, warm, and has a great sense of humor that puts you at ease. I’m so grateful to have him as my neurologist.
Dr. Drexinger is very helpful and seems to really want to solve the problem that I'm having. He took time to call me and listen to the issues involved. I hope this continues.
Experience is always great at the location. The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer your questions thoroughly. I and completely happy with the service and professionalism and would not trade this for any other neurologist..absolutely recommend this doctor!
