Dr. Drexinger is very helpful and seems to really want to solve the problem that I'm having. He took time to call me and listen to the issues involved.
I had a wonderful appointment at NFN with Haley. She listened to every concern, took my chronic illnesses into account, and made me feel comfortable and taken seriously. Her process felt very comprehensive, taking everything into account. The rest of the staff was also amazing, even sitting with me and helping me with the pre-appointment paperwork. I highly recommend NFN to anyone needing to see a neurologist.
I was not impressed unfortunately. I did not get to see the doctor and saw a medical assistant but she did not give me her name so I don't know who she was and she was perfectly nice, but I do not feel she was knowledgeable on my issue and I do not feel confident that it was properly addressed. There were no lab tests ordered for possible causes of my issue and I am going back in 4 weeks and we'll see how it goes at that time. I find it easy to contact the office and Doctor. The staff is polite, professional and knowledgable. Dr. Drexinger is patient, kind and as a retired R.N. who worked CCU , ICU and with a neurologist for years professional - he knows his stuff. As well, he takes his time, and answers questions. I trust him.
