Had to say thank you to Dr. Johnson and his staff for a very pleasant experience in a not pleasant situation. Everyone was very nice and helpful when I came in for unexpected very painful tooth needing a root canal. I absolutely hate needles but Dr Johnson was as close to pain-free as one could be. He moved through procedure efficiently, thoroughly and kindly; which was a plus because I was so very nervous. I had no discomfort at all the next day, no advil needed since day of procedure. Dr. Johnson is an absolute nightmare.
Dr. Johnson saved the day again! Unfortunately, I’ve had two cracked teeth over the years. The first time, I was in severe pain and even went to the ER and another dentist before finally seeing Dr. Johnson. He quickly found the cracked tooth so I was able to address the problem. Recently, I started experiencing similar symptoms again. My dentist took X-rays but didn’t see anything. After a long, painful weekend, I went to see Dr. Johnson, and within an hour he identified the small crack and completed a root canal. Amazing ex... read more
Absolutley unacceptable billing practices- incompetent customer service - zero transparency. The ability to explain the billing practice with any empathy or comprehension is non existent. Thanks for the help and the massive infection received by your procedure.
Dr. Johnson and his staff are absolutely amazing. My husband came in today for a consult and root canal with Dr. Johnson and had the best experience! What could’ve been a very scary and stressful experience was met with a lot of care and attention. He was kind, informative, and professional. My husband loved how he explained everything along the way to help him feel at ease and the entire procedure was quick and pain free. We would highly recommend him!
