Having been with this surgery since birth 61 years I’ve seen a lot of doctors come and go. The reception team here all of them are absolutely brilliant they have helped me so much they are very professional caring people sometimes receptionist get all the flack people forget that it’s not there fault that everything has changed they just doing their job. You will not find a better reception team anywhere else. So thank you to them all they doing a great job 👍😜

Just had an appalling call from a member of staff the pharmacist think his name is Mahmood if I remember rightly most uncaring person I’ve ever spoke to in that surgery I’m absolutely disgraced that I would be spoken to in such a cold manner clearly should not be working in a industry of care .

Always incredibly helpful, considerate and kind. At a time when everyone seems to say you can't get a doctor's appointment the Surgery pulls out all the stops to make sure you are seen as quickly as possible. We are lucky to have such a caring and professional GP practise.

Recently changed GP's and so impressed with this practice. Reception staff, friendly, efficient. Nurse makes you feel really comfortable as do the doctors. I noticed the difference almost immediately in the level of service and care. They call me with results, I don't have to chase them. They follow up on my care without prompting, no delays with prescriptions.. I feel safe with this practice.

I have been going to this surgery for two years now. I have been seen been a few very good GPs and yesterday was seen by Dr Wendy Christian who was incredibly knowledgeable from a technical point of view whilst maintaining a very caring manner. She did basic checks that other doctors had not done but which are quick and avoid costly scans. One of the best GPs I have ever seen.
