Incredibly unprofessional. My friends were selling a home and they were the title company chosen by the buyer. Closing appointment was schedule for 11am on a Friday. My friends live in Alexandria so they left here early to get there on time. The settlement agent forgot about this appointment and didn’t show up until past noon. Then they missed quoted the buyers real estates agent’s commission as 2% instead of 2.5% which wasn’t discover until closing so the numbers were all wrong.
