I've purchased a living room set paid about $1000, sent numerous emails, made several calls no one would take the time to hear my complaint. Im stuck with a 3 piece lemon, all the springs sprung up on the sofa, love seat, and chair. I have no kids in my home, Im not a large woman so therefore it's not a people problem it's a manufacturing problem.
