What a ripoff. I had a three year service contract with Subaru and brought in my vehicle for the final maintenance of that contract - only to be told, "No, the contract expired six days ago." I asked if they would honor the contract that I had already paid, but no, they wouldn't. That wouldn't be the worst thing, but I was told that the person I was dealing with was checking with her manager, then told that manager was out to lunch, so no one was asked if they could honor the contract at all. Bought a 2025 Subaru Forester. Gearge the salesman and Vanessa were amazing. I habe had Honda and Toyota my whole life and the customer service after the purchase has been amazing. Great customer service they get done with the service really quick!! They also wash my car without paying anything extra.
