This service department is complete trash. Avoid it at all costs. Ahmed is not a decent person, as for the manager he is a terrible communicator. They held my car hostage for two weeks while it was ready because they gave me a loaner that had a bad tire rod that I paid for. I will never come back here and it’s a shame 6 years of relationship thrown away by bad communication and bad service. Also they refused to service my vehicle after I drove over 40 min by tow truck. This Subaru dealership has the best customer service imaginable! All of their new Subarus come with LIFETIME warranty on the engine and transmission, that is mind blowing! The best part is the care you receive when taking your car in for service, that is if you ask for Freddie. He’s the best! Always looking out for you. Highly recommend him and this dealership.
Feb 2026, Freddie G the Service Advisor was wonderful. He took great care of my car because I had a nail in the front tire, but could still be driven back home. The tire was ordered and installed the next day. Good thing I have a portable Air compressor for ties in my tires as an emergency. I have never had a problem with the Service Department since I have been bringing my car here for servicing. But if I did have a problem I could talk to the owner. Thanks Freddie for being such an honest and trustworthy Service Advisor.
