Very honest; good service.
I went in for an engine oil change and had a great experience. Paul was friendly and welcoming. Since I had an appointment, I didn’t have to wait and got service right away. I asked for a regular oil change, but Paul accidentally charged me for synthetic oil. When I checked my receipt at home and reached out, he immediately admitted the mistake and told me to stop by whenever I had time to get the price difference refunded. Paul is absolutely the best! He is very kind, polite and honest about what work you need on your car. I have been a loyal customer of North Flushing Auto Care for about 5 years and this is the only shop that doesn't make you feel like they're trying to recommend unnecessary work to get money out of you. Whenever I make an appointment, they are always on time and it's never really a long wait (inspection and oil changes). Thanks Paul and team!
