Waited 2 days for service they never showed up 1st day truck broke down supposedly they never called me or text me to let me know 2nd day they asked me if I still wanted the service I said yes they said will be there 20 to 30 mnts they never came I texted them told them to cancel the service because I was tired of waiting I had to call somebody else next day he was there first thing in the morning what a difference

I called and made reservation for a potty for March 2nd and no one called me to let me know you wouldn't deliver it, I use this company for all of my events. Unprofessional service.

A little hard to communicate on phone before service but actual work was done quickly and professionally by two nice guys. Left the yard looking good, too.

I tried to get them to pump my septic tank. I called and they set me up two days later to get the tank pumped. No one came and I called. They said he had a funeral. I then asked if he could come first thing in the morning. Next day, no show. They gave me the guys phone number. I called, he asked for my information by text, I sent it, and he said he could come in the afternoon. Well, it got to be 3:30 and no show. Talked to two people and scheduled a rental of a porta-potty…never got the delivery nor a call to see why! Worst customer service ever. Was told 2 different prices and still didn’t come through with the service as anticipated! Never using them again (even though I didn’t get a chance to use them the first time)🙄
