At first when Ms. Kim was there North Florida was running smoothly. Now, I kept calling for 3 weeks straight and left messages. One day some one finally picked up and told me that the scheduler would return my phone call. She never did, so I had to get another referral for my daughter to see another therapist because North Florida never returns phone call. As a concerned parent who has a child who struggles with speech I am so thankful for Fl therapy services. They literally take time with my son to help him with his pronunciation. It’s like the have a special connection with him. I also love how I can reach out to the office and always get answer or response. Appointments are always kept and they even worked with me when I needed to adjust times at the last minute. I think the service is awesome and most importantly my son loves them.

Let me start off by saying North Florida Therapy has had and continues to have a HUGE impact in my son’s life. My son has been receiving therapy at this office since he was about 2 years-old. He is now soon to be 7 and thriving. He loves all his therapist and they all love him. They truly make you feel like family!
Just want to offset a review that was posted here by Mr. Shivers. This place is amazing. The therapist and staff here are like family. Everything stated in his review is false. He is not even enrolled in the child's therapy that he is referring to nor the insurance the child is covered by. When you call staff at any facility speaking about things you know nothing about and demanding things and belittling the staff of course no one wants to help you because no one deserves to be treated the way he treats people.
