Recommendedthe nurse's are very nice
This wife is not happy. Nurse said that I can't sit with husband while he waits for procedure. They are already 1 hour 15 min behind. They said he will be waiting another hour before procedure. I think he would be more comfortable if I sat with him until they are ready. Now they tell me they are stopping for lunch. Really ?? Poor facility management !!
I entered there today for a colonoscopy and woke up right when they were pulling the hose out.. Plus I a big dark mark where the I v was at and on my scar where my corpul tunnel surgery was at. I believe they need better staff that can hit complicated version. Plus on top of everything, I got there at 9:30am and didn't get back until 2:00 pm cause i as skip 4 times my check in was at 11:15 and people were taking lunches .. I am sorry if I have a far drive.
