Terrible experience - both with Dr. and front office. He wore mask during entire visit resulting in unclear information. One of the women in front office would not relay a question I had for the doctor instead repeatedly gave her opinion. Rude and arrogant. Why put yourself through this kind of treatment when there are others out there that are kind, professional and knowledgeable in both aspects-doctor and staff.

I scheduled an appointment on November 7 to be evaluated for tinnitus in both ears that began one to two months earlier. The earliest available appointment was January 6, which I accepted due to the holidays. On December 22, I was informed that my appointment had to be rescheduled due to an “emergency surgery” scheduled for that day. Had a Septoplasty done. Still recovering but Dr. Aziz is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Haven’t been able to breathe through my left nostril for over 15 years with my deviated septum. Dr. Aziz fixed it functionally and it looks much better.

Drove from Jacksonville, where I live, to Fernandina to see Doctor Aziz and get a second opinion about my sleep apnea and constant sinus issues. He gave me answers AND options. Very knowledgeable and kind man. Thank you for your professionalism and for your help!
