The doctor is great the office manager, Tonya, is a nightmare. Rude and has told me twice how she's been doing the job for 27 years - I don't care about that. First, because she wouldn't give me a new patient appointment at all. I finally got someone else, got the appointment and saw the doctor. He was very good. Then I developed a large kidney stone and called to ask who the doctor thought I should see as the ER doctor told me to get myself to a urologist asap. Don't know about Doc, could not deal with his office manager Tonya.
Tried to get some information as a new patient and if the staff is like the receptionist that hang up the phone with attitude, very rude and unprofessional, I don't want my family to go there. I'll keep looking for another one...
I really like Dr. Ukeagbu! He is willing to listen and his staff are friendly. First doctor I’ve ever had that explains why he needs to change treatment or medications. Believe me, having been brought up in a military family and a Veteran myself, the service I have received here is a breath of fresh air.
