The doctor is great the office manager, Tonya, is a nightmare. Rude and has told me twice how she's been doing the job for 27 years - I don't care about that. First, because she wouldn't give me a new patient appointment at all. I finally got someone else, got the appointment and saw the doctor. He was very good. Then I developed a large kidney stone and called to ask who the doctor thought I should see as the ER doctor told me to get myself to a urologist asap.
