Amazing office overall, from the front office staff to the Dr. Everyone is quick and attentive, I don't think I have ever had an easier time at a pediatric office. Dr Phillip Yoder See's 2 of my kids and I couldn't ask for a better physician. Definitely recommend!
My daughter’s pediatric nurse practitioner Kristie Bard is truly amazing. She always greets us with such a happy, positive attitude and you can tell she genuinely cares. She remembers my daughter, pays attention to the small details, and actually listens to what we’re asking or concerned about. It never feels rushed.. she takes the time to understand what’s going on and explain things clearly. We always leave feeling heard, supported, and well cared for. We appreciate her so much!
My kids see Kristi. She’s always thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Love that you can book your appts on their app!
Calls go to a call center in India. Took my son to see the Dr yesterday and explained that his cough was coming back. Didn't prescribe anything for him.
