Absolutely incredible day on the water with Captain Fred! It started off a bit slow, on the search for red fish but it was clear that Captain Fred has this portion of the St. John's River dialed in. We hit on some trout and couldn't catch them fast enough. Then on to the hunt for red fish again. Captain Fred was knowledgeable providing pointers and very patient with tangled lines and stuck hooks. We found the red fish and netted a 5 and 7 pounder among others. We had the best time fishing with Captain Fred! We (myself and three 4th grader boys) went on our inshore charter and caught lane snapper, seatrout, redfish, croakers, panfish, catfish, rays and a keeper flounder! Fred was so helpful with the boys and knew all the best spots. We can’t wait to go out again! The flounder was delicious by the way. 😊🐟🍴
Great day of fishing with Capt. Fred. He knew all the creeks and how to find the fish. The boat was clean and perfect for back country fishing. Lots of fun. I highly recommend North Florida Outfitters.
We had a great time fishing! Captain Fred taught us a few tricks and took us to where we caught fish at pretty much every spot, even with the wind and tides working against us he took us to fish that kept our poles bent!
My two young sons and I have been out with Capt Fred multiple times and had the best possible experience. Fred knows the Jacksonville waters inshore and out and had us on 25-30 fish both times.
