⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Dr. Wahl and the entire team at North Florida Oral & Facial Surgery. My son developed an infection in one of his wisdom teeth, and they were able to get him in for an evaluation very quickly. Dr. Wahl took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of our questions, and put us completely at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or team. I called same day in desperate need of 1 wisdom tooth needing to be removed. I fortunately did have a referral from my dentist, and they honored it even though it was for a different doctor within the North Florida practice. The front office team was so wonderful and easy to work with. I was having issues with insurance and they were able to get it fixed. They got me in same day, and were able to get all 4 removed. I went in yesterday to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. It was a very quick and painless procedure.Dr Wahl is awesome, gentle, and super nice, as well as all the staff I have met on his team. They were very calming and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They called me later the same day to check on how I was doing. I called after hours to ask a question that had to do with recovery and medication management and Dr Wahl answered promptly. My daughter had a consultation appointment today for her wisdom teeth, and we had a great experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment we walked in. The office was clean and well-organized, and the entire visit was quick and efficient. The team was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions, which made us both feel comfortable and informed. Highly recommend!
