⭐ I called to schedule a new patient OB-GYN appointment without insurance (self pay) and was quoted $600 just for the visit. That seems extremely high for a basic consultation. Many patients pay out of pocket, and pricing like this makes women’s healthcare inaccessible. Is there a self-pay discount or financial assistance option that wasn’t mentioned? I would appreciate clarification because this price was surprising.
Very disappointed in the front staff of this place. My daughter had an appointment and when she arrived, was told she owed money without verifying with her about our hra. When trying to get it explained to the front desk how it works (which they SHOULD already know), the lady was insisting that there is a “card they charge” for the balance. We have had the same insurance for almost 20 years and NEVER have needed a card to charge. I’m a Women’s Care patient from another city and needed to be seen right away while visiting the area. I’m so grateful the team was able to accommodate my last-minute visit. Everyone was so kind, and my provider was amazing. They made the entire experience easy and seamless. If you ever need care quickly while in St. Augustine, this is the place to go!
Pulled me around, asked for my records... knowing I had Bluecross as insurance and then waited the last minute to say they don't take my insurance. I get new insurance, and now they say they can't see me because I'm too far along in my pregnancy. Big waste of time, now I don't have any doctor to deliver my baby. Healthcare in America ☺️
