Best care ever!!! The ladies are so friendly. I left my umbrella in my car & it was raining when I was done with my appointment & one of the ladies came and walk me to my car with her umbrella so I wouldn’t get wet. Dr. Kuester is the Best!!! Takes great care of me & my sister’s. We love her dearly. She treats you like family & is very knowledgeable about what she dose.
One Star is pushing the limits...What is the purpose of setting up an appointment if you're still waiting hours after the appointment and still haven't gone in to see anybody.
I have been going here since 2020 I think. I love Dr Kuester!! She is so easy to talk to. The appointments are to the point, and she always addresses everything I talk about. I would say her care is considerate and gentle. Every PA I have met at my appointments have also been very polite and considerate. The receptionists are also lovely!! Very patient when helping me change my address and insurance. My biggest issue, however, is the automated phone system. I'm only giving this place stars because Dr kuester is wonderful. Waiting an hour and 10 minutes is unacceptable. Especially when I see half a dozen other women , who showed up after me, get called in before me. Definitely overbooked. Lady at the front window is rude.
