I had an appointment on the 11th, during which I provided a urine sample as requested and completed routine annual testing. The front desk staff, including Kenya, was great—very professional and courteous. However, I’m not sure if the clinic is experiencing a staffing shortage or if the provider is simply taking on too many patients, but the overall experience was frustrating. Melissa Adam's APRN took the time to talk with me and truly understand my concerns. She was kind and thorough. I highly recommend her as a provider.
I’ve been a patient of this office for a couple years and saw Dr. Kuester my first visit at the Yulee location, and most recently Melissa, the APRN at the Fernandina location. Melissa took the time to explain things about my medication that I didn’t previously know, and also really went above and beyond about an issue I was having on a day the office was closed to make sure I got the care I needed. Melissa is AMAZING and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone
